Due dates, payment options, and what North Haven residents need to know to avoid late fees
Overview
North Haven's current mill rate is 29.46 mills for the 2024 Grand List (FY 2025–2026). Property taxes are due in two installments, with a 30-day grace period after each due date.
Important: North Haven may not mail a separate second-installment bill. Your second payment is due January 1 — even if you don't receive a reminder. Missing this deadline triggers 1.5% monthly interest backdated to the original due date.
