ORANGE, CT — The Amity Regional Board of Education was scheduled to hold a special meeting Monday, Sept. 28, at 6:30 p.m. in Lecture Hall at 25 Newton Road in Woodbridge.

The agenda included strategic planning, a monthly student report, and a superintendent’s report with athletics, preliminary state assessment results, and a middle school schedule update. The board was also scheduled to discuss and take action on an administrative assistant union contract for 2026-2029; an executive session was anticipated for the discussion.

The Orange Ad Hoc Selectmen Communication Committee was scheduled to meet Tuesday, Sept. 29. Its agenda listed discussion of a rough draft policy.
