NEW HAVEN, CT — New Haven Restaurant Week runs through Saturday, Nov. 14, with fixed-price lunch and dinner menus at 24 restaurants in eight neighborhoods. The fall edition opened Sunday, Nov. 1.

What the Meals Cost

At select restaurants, lunch is two courses for $25 a person. Every participating restaurant serves a three-course dinner for $45 or $55 a person. Drinks, tax and tip are extra, and reservations are encouraged.

Organizers describe Restaurant Week as a dining program held twice a year, Patch reported. Bruno Baggetta, director of Market New Haven, the downtown's destination marketing organization, said this fall's menus run "from timeless favorites to creative small plates."

Where to Eat

Three restaurants are new to the program this fall, Claire's Corner Copia among them. The full lineup: Claire's Corner Copia, Zinc, Heirloom, Tre Scalini, Barcelona Wine Bar, Lazeez Indian Cuisine, Florian Belgian Bistro, Il Gabbiano, John Davenport's, Caffe Bravo, VillaLulu, BLDG, Pacifico, 80 Proof American Kitchen & Bar, L'Orcio, Camacho Garage, South Bay, Gioia Cafe & Bar, Between Bread, Harvest Wine Bar & Restaurant, Chacra Pisco-Bar, Melting Pot, Encore by Goodfellas, and Geronimo Tequila Bar and Southwest Grill. Menus range from Italian and Belgian-French to Indian.

Parking

Spend at least $50 at a participating restaurant and that day's paper receipt is good for two hours of free parking at The Shops at Yale lots, 255 Crown St. and 56 Broadway, according to Patch. Park New Haven's Crown Street and Temple Street garages charge $6 for lunch parking from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
