Wallingford Teen Seriously Injured in I-84 Hit-and-Run Near Newtown
A 16-year-old from Wallingford sustained life-threatening injuries in an I-84 hit-and-run near Newtown on Feb. 21. The Toyota RAV4 driver who fled was later located by state police.
