CHESHIRE, CT — Women's Health Connecticut, an obstetrics and gynecology practice, has signed a long-term lease for 1,673 square feet of medical office space at 680 South Main Street in Cheshire, according to a brokerage announcement published Friday, Oct. 9, in the New England Real Estate Journal.
Press|Cuozzo Commercial Services facilitated the deal, and the firm's Mark Foreman was its only broker, the announcement said. It called the Cheshire office "a strategic expansion into the Cheshire/Waterbury corridor" and said the space has a layout built for medical offices and patient care.
