Fire Commission and Human Services Meet Tuesday

The Hamden Fire Commission meets Tuesday, February 18, 2026, at 6:00 PM in the Legislative Council Chambers at Memorial Town Hall, 2372 Whitney Ave. The session is hybrid, available in person and via Zoom.

Right after, at 7:00 PM, the Human Services Commission convenes virtually through Zoom to review current community support programs.

That same evening, the Legislative Council holds a staff training session at 6:00 PM. This is an internal meeting and not open to the public.

Zoning, Finance, and Human Rights Sessions Wednesday

On Wednesday, February 19, the Zoning Board of Appeals meets at 7:00 PM in Conference Room 27 on the 3rd Floor of the Government Center. The board will review pending zoning matters.

Also at 7:00 PM, the Legislative Council’s Finance Committee holds a special session at 2372 Whitney Avenue. The meeting is hybrid, with in-person and Zoom options.

Citation Appeals and Regional Meetings Next Week

Wednesday, February 25, starts with a 9:00 AM Citation Appeal Hearing in the Lower Level Conference Room on Dixwell Avenue.

Regional Water Authority Hosts Multiple Sessions

Thursday, February 26, the Regional Water Authority holds several meetings at 90 Sargent Drive, New Haven. At 12:30 PM, the Audit-Risk Committee, Strategic Planning Committee, and Regular Meeting take place.
