GUILFORD, CT — Guilford's annual Halloween Spooktacular returns to the Guilford Green on Sunday, Oct. 25, from 2 to 4 p.m., with stories, entertainment and a trunk-or-treat, Patch reported.
Guilford D.A.Y., Guilford Youth & Family Services and the town's Parks and Recreation department are organizing the afternoon. No registration is needed to attend, and if it rains, everything moves to the Community Center.
The Guilford Free Library will lead a storytelling session, and Sound Spectrum will provide the entertainment.
Businesses, organizations and youth groups can reserve a table on the Green, or a spot on Park Street while the few there last. Groups that take part are invited to set up a carnival-style game and decorate it for the day.
