Late Payments & Interest

Interest is charged at 1.5% per month (18% annually) from the due date, with a minimum charge of $2.00. Payments one day late are charged 3% interest (1.5% for each of the two months). Partial payments are accepted, but payment plans are not available. Interest cannot be waived per CT State Statute 12-146.
