The Middletown Recycling Center at 185 Johnson Street is open to Middletown residents and businesses for recyclables and bulk waste. A vehicle window tag is required for entry — tags are available at the Department of Public Works at City Hall. Note: regular household trash is NOT accepted at the Recycling Center. The facility has a maximum load limit of two tons per visit.
