Hartford Man Fatally Shot by Police During Mental Health Wellness Check
Everard Walker, 53, was fatally shot by a Hartford police officer on Feb. 19 during a mental health wellness check at 990 Capitol Avenue. The Inspector General released a preliminary report and bodycam footage on Feb. 23.
