Luis Salaman, 44, of New Haven was sentenced March 12 to 14 years in federal prison for fentanyl trafficking and witness intimidation. The FBI investigation began in October 2021; co-defendant Jesus Seguinot received 6.5 years in 2025.
Martin Onofre-Mendez, 50, of New Haven was sentenced March 3 to 20 months in federal prison for cocaine distribution from a Grand Avenue restaurant and will be deported to Mexico.
Terrell Wills, 52, of Bridgeport received 54 months in federal prison for distributing cocaine in a ring spanning Stamford, Norwalk, Bridgeport, and Darien.
